Cool Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, that all panels manufactured and sold by this company are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase. Doors carry a warranty of one year. Should panels fail while under normal use, Cool Solutions will, at its option, repair or replace any such part F. O. B. factory.

Replacement shall not include any labor, freight or fees associated with this replacement. Glass doors carry a manufacturer’s warranty of one year. Heated frames, normal temp doors will provide condensation protection with the cooler operating at 38 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, providing the store/space temperature is 75⁰ F or less. Also, humidity in the space must not exceed 63% relative humidity. For any application exceeding these conditions, customer is responsible for requesting high humidity doors.

Cool Solutions walk-ins are designed for use in spaces when temperature and humidity do not exceed 75⁰F and 55⁰ R.H. Compressor carries a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty shall not apply to equipment which has been subjected to accident, alterations, abuse, neglect, misuse, or improper installation and shall not include freight charges or labor for replacement parts. All parts and labor carry a warranty of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if this purchase is paid for in full.
